The Lost Art of Landing
Foundations of Landing
Course introduction
Welcome.
You are probably here because something in you recognises the need to slow down and arrive more fully in your body.
This course is a guided, relational process designed to help you settle, ground, and strengthen your capacity to meet life from steadiness rather than urgency. It stands alone as a complete piece of work, and it may also serve as the ground for deeper immersion should that become relevant.
THE PURPOSE OF THIS WORK
The purpose of Foundations of Landing is to establish safety and inhabitation.
Many capable, intelligent adults move through life with subtle vigilance in the body. The breath remains shallow. The belly stays tight. Decisions are made from the mind while the body lags behind. We function well, yet do not feel fully at home.
This course begins the process of restoring that home.
Through personal sessions and carefully paced online material, we work to:
- Settle the nervous system
- Gently clear energetic entanglements and unfinished imprints
- Strengthen connection to the Higher Self as an inner orientation
- Build embodied awareness in the belly, breath, and core
- Increase your capacity to remain present during relational or life stress
This is not insight work alone. It is embodied integration.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This course is for:
- Individuals or couples preparing for conception or pregnancy
- Those navigating fertility, uncertainty, or reproductive loss
- Men and women standing at meaningful life thresholds
- Sensitive or intuitive people who feel capable yet not fully settled
- Those who sense that clarity must be felt in the body, not only understood in the mind
You do not need to be in crisis. You only need to be willing to move slowly and honestly.
HOW THIS COURSE UNFOLDS
Foundations of Landing combines relational sessions with self-paced embodied integration.
You will receive:
- An initial Zoom consultation to explore your history, needs, and intentions
- One individual session, or two separate individual sessions if you are working as a couple
- A follow-up check-in to stabilise what has begun
- Access to guided teachings and practices within this platform
Move through the online material at a measured pace. Repeat practices. Return to them. The work of landing strengthens through gentle repetition.
WHAT CHANGES THROUGH THIS WORK
Over time, participants often notice:
- A softer belly and deeper, more responsive breath
- Reduced nervous system reactivity in partnership
- Greater clarity in decision making
- Increased ability to tolerate uncertainty without urgency
- Improved sleep and physical settling
- A felt sense of being inside the body rather than hovering above it
- Stronger alignment between inner knowing and outer action
For those preparing for birth, this work begins the process of creating regulated, present nervous systems into which a child may land.
For those at other thresholds, it restores steadiness and coherence so that change can be met without fragmentation.
Landing does not make you passive. It increases your capacity to engage life with clarity and grounded confidence.
HOW TO WORK WITH THIS COURSE
This platform is a companion to your relational sessions. It is not designed to be rushed or completed quickly.
Engage with each section slowly. Allow time between practices. Notice what shifts in your body rather than trying to achieve insight.
Return to the material when needed. Integration deepens through revisiting.
There is no performance here. Only the gradual strengthening of inhabitation.
COMMITMENT AND CARE
This course asks for:
- Honesty
- Pacing
- Willingness to feel rather than analyse
- Respect for your own nervous system limits
Everything unfolds at the speed of safety.
If at any point you feel overwhelmed, bring that into our sessions. The work is relational and responsive.
CLOSING
We begin by listening.
Let this be the start of arriving more fully in yourself, not by force, but by steady return.
Take a moment before moving to the first module. Feel your breath. Notice your body in the chair. Begin from there.
