The Lost Art of Landing
This page outlines the form, rhythm, and financial commitment of
“The Lost Art of Landing”
as it is offered to individuals and couples who feel called to deepen their embodiment, responsibility, and capacity for relationship.
This is not a retreat in the conventional sense, nor a programme designed for quick change.
It is a carefully held, long-form journey, shaped around moments of transition and arrival.
The work is relational, grounded, and attentive, and it is entered
through discernment rather than pressure.
Entry Point:
Orientation & Landing Session
All journeys into The Lost Art of Landing begin here.
The Foundational Online Immersion is a four-week, online process that offers time, pacing, and real contact. It is a complete, self-contained entry point designed to orient you gently toward the work before any larger commitment is made, while also functioning as genuine preparation for the in-person retreat if that is where the path leads.
The immersion includes a three-hour Soul Integration session, an initial orientation conversation, and a closing Zoom conversation to reflect and discern next steps. It is tailored to where you are, whether you are preparing to welcome a child or moving through a personal threshold. Brief follow-up contact and additional check-in support are available as the work continues to unfold.
Alongside the live contact, an online programme is released gradually over the four weeks to support integration rather than overload. It includes weekly written teachings, guided meditations, qigong and embodiment practices, and simple, repeatable practices for everyday life. The material is designed to be returned to rather than completed once.
The emphasis throughout is on experience, pacing, and return rather than insight or performance. Practices are invitational and adaptable. At times, personal material may surface, and it is met with care rather than agenda.
Duration
Four weeks, held online with a paced weekly rhythm.
Investment
This immersion is priced intentionally to make the work accessible as a first step. It is entered with an openness to continuing into deeper work, while honouring the need for genuine consent at each stage.
Individual
$450
Couple
$750 per couple
For some people, the Foundational Immersion is enough for now. It opens a door, orients the system, and offers something to work with in your own time. For others, it becomes clear that a deeper and more sustained process is calling. The full Immersion Journey grows naturally from this beginning. It is for those who sense that what is asking to be healed, stabilised, or born requires more than a single entry point. It requires a held container, time, and the kind of slow, attentive companionship that allows real change to take root.
If you are unsure which is right for you, the exploratory conversation is the place to begin. There is no pressure to commit to anything beyond that.
The Full Immersion & Integration Programme
In-person immersion, (The Retreat)
held in nature
The heart of the work is an in-person immersion,
held one-to-one or with a single couple.
This is where the deeper work of landing takes place.
The heart of the work is a five to seven day in-person immersion. This is where the deeper work of landing takes place.
Each day holds a clear but unhurried rhythm built around extended Soul Integration sessions and Lomi Lomi bodywork, with space for rest, gentle movement, integration, and contact with the natural world. Four three-hour Soul Integration sessions and two Lomi Lomi sessions are woven through the retreat for each person, held at a pace that allows the body and psyche to move together rather than at odds. Time is intentionally left open so that what needs to land is not rushed past. Nothing is imposed. Nothing is entered without care.
The work is experiential rather than instructional. Understanding arises through lived experience, through the body being met, listened to, and allowed to soften at its own pace. Relational witnessing and integration accompany the process throughout.
When the work is undertaken as a couple, space is held for both individual process and shared relational presence. Each person is met fully in their own landing, while also tending the field between you. This allows patterns of disconnection, protection, or hovering to be met not only individually but relationally, with attention to how you arrive together.
For some, this immersion coincides with preparation for conception, pregnancy, or the arrival of a child. Where this is the case, the work is oriented with particular care toward grounding, responsibility, and the capacity to remain present without overwhelm or displacement. The emphasis is not on getting it right, but on cultivating the ability to return, again and again.
This is not a modular service. It is a living process, shaped around you.
Integration & Completion
Six-month integration period included
The immersion is not treated as a standalone experience. Ongoing support allows what has landed to become lived, embodied, and sustainable over time.
This phase includes:
regular online check-ins
extended integration sessions
light contact held within clear and respectful boundaries
The journey concludes with a closing or sealing process, marking completion and supporting continuity.
For those preparing to welcome a child, this may unfold through more than one moment;
otherwise it is held as a single, integrated completion.
Integration and completion are bundled within the immersion journey,
so the work is held as one coherent arc rather than a series of separate decisions.
Investment
(inclusive of Immersion Retreat & Six Month integration period)
Individual
$6000–$7200
Couple
$9000–$11000 per couple
These figures reflect the depth of contact, the length of the journey,
and more than three decades of experience informing the work.
The investment is intended to support steadiness and commitment on both sides.
A Note on Pace and Commitment
This work is entered through conversation, not urgency.
We begin with orientation, move forward only where there is mutual clarity,
and shape the journey to suit the life that is already present.
If you feel drawn to explore whether this work is right for you,
the next step is a conversation.
