5. Set aside some time in your day to go on a selfcare walk. Walk outside in nature for at least 10min. Preferably bare foot and alone or in silence. You can do this in the smallest of outside spaces. Set your intention to be mindful and attentive. Move slowly and feel deeply into your connection with the earth. You can stop and hug a tree or sunbathe. The purpose of the selfcare walk is to get a sense of deepening selfcare through tapping into the earth and it’s power, energy, patience and care. Also something that is easy to access through tree hugging. Write a few sentences or paragraphs describing how you felt after taking time for yourself in nature and how you imagine this might be supportive for you in the future.
