This course is the distillation of a thirty year meditation practice. There is an ancient wisdom and knowing that is re-emerging into human consciousness at this time and our task in encouraging it to come to fruition is to let it land.

We know the experience of landing through heart opening practices, through being immersed in Mother Nature, through developing gratitude and presence.

All of it culminates in a sense of allowing that upward expansion of yearning, seeking and connecting to the Divine to change its direction and to move back down into the body and merge with it.

The experience  is one of enormous heart opening. It’s soft, it’s tender, like a baby landing in its body. It takes time, like it takes time to really notice the small things.
